The case manager is responsible for the day to day administration of your case and has access to the same information that the attorney has. The case manager spends the day requesting medical information, dealing with the insurance companies concerning administrative matters, calling you to discuss your treatment, providing you with status updates, coordinating the payment of your medical bills, maintaining the firm’s state of the art computer database with your most up to date case specific information, and acting as a liaison between you and the attorney.

In addition to the case manager, there is an associate attorney assigned to your case. This attorney is responsible for supervising the case manager, addressing client needs, wants and concerns, investigating the case, requesting additional information, negotiating with insurance companies and attorneys, and, if necessary, litigating the case. The associate attorney ensures that the case runs smoothly and every positive and negative aspect of the case is fully understood.

Every case in the office is supervised by Jason Stone personally. In addition to working with clients directly, Jason uses the case management computer system to review every aspect of every case on a frequent basis. Jason uses this information to supervise the case managers and strategize with the associates to get you as much money as possible, as quickly as possible, while strongly emphasizing frequent client contact to ensure constant client satisfaction.
